Privacy Statement

We’re committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you’ll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may unsubscribe using the instructions provided in a marketing emails sent to you or use the contact us tab above to contact us and unsubscribe.  We do not sell trade or rent your personal information to others.  However, we do use cookies and similar tracking to serve pages and provided you with a better user experience and share aggregated non personalized date with our marketing partners to verify user interest and conversion history so to serve consumers with more relevant content and products and services.  Upon purchase we do collect your billing and payment information so to service your order.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Third-party and outlet products are sold “AS IS”. “AS IS” products are sold as is, where is, and with all faults, and without express or implied warranties.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Applies to DOA items.  All orders are final, no returns, no refunds.  For DOA items, if the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it. The product must be returned to the warehouse within 14 calendar days.  All exchanges will be charged additional shipping charges.  All products must be returned in re-sellable condition, and in its original package including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 20% open box fee will be assessed on any opened hardware or accessory. Return & exchange shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Please note that we do not permit the return of, exchange or offer refunds for the following products and services:

Product that is custom configured to your specifications
Opened product
Opened software
Shipping and Handling Fee
Product received after 14 calendar days of the original invoice date

NOTE:  We recommend that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to us or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

Dead On Arrival (DOA) Product:

System Failure Out of the Box

A hardware product is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing basic operability, upon its first use out of the box. If you believe that your product is DOA, please use the contact us tab at the top of the page within 10 calendar days of the invoice date. Technical Support will determine whether the product is DOA and offer you the following options:

* Replacement: The same product that you ordered will be shipped to you. Technical Support will put you in touch with Sales Support Representative to set up a replacement order and provide the procedure for returning the DOA product. Service: You may have the product repaired; however, once serviced, the product is no longer eligible for replacement.

Product must be deemed DOA by Technical Support within 10 calendar days of the invoice date in order to receive a replacement unit.

DOA Terms and Conditions:

If the product is deemed DOA Technical Support more than 10 calendar days after the invoice date, standard product warranty will apply.
We reserve the right to test returned DOA product. If the condition of the product is misrepresented by the customer, We may impose a $25 handling fee.

CANCELLATION

Due to the number of order we receive once an order is placed we cannot cancel same.  Please order carefully.

Undeliverable Packages:

Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of our carriers make 1-3 attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us. Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, please contact us to make arrangements for reshipment.

* Please note: Customer is responsible for additional shipping costs for items that are returned refused and/or undeliverable. Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping information in their sales order information.

ORDER PROCESSING:

The estimated shipment date on your order is based on payment processing time and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment or a full authorization, in the case of credit card orders.

Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will begin payment processing the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

COLORS

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Not responsible for typographical errors.  We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at any time.   As many of our products are updated, we reserve the right to substitute your item to an even more recent model of the same product where possible.  This ensures our customers receive the latest and best working product when ever possible.  Model photos are representative of the item listed on the site, but may vary slightly from what is shown and delivered.  This so more so where the manufacturer of your ordered item updated your ordered model and makes improvements to same.  In such instance we reserve the right but not the obligation to deliver the more updated version of the product ordered.
